A digital stamp rally leveraging momenTouch was implemented at the "Overseas Travel Grand Festival," a major travel event hosted by HIS. By visiting eight participating booths and collecting digital stamps, attendees could a "Gacha" (capsule-style) prize draw for a chance to win premium prizes.
This initiative successfully drove foot traffic to individual booths, improved visitor flow across the venue, and extended overall dwell time. Additionally, an integrated survey allowed for the collection of valuable consumer insights regarding feedback on the event. By capturing email addresses through this interactive experience, the campaign established a foundation for ongoing customer engagement, creating a lasting touchpoint with potential customers well beyond the event itself.
